Frequently asked questions

Eighty answers would be too many; these are the questions our managers actually hear on first calls, grouped into eight themes. Each answer is written to be useful on its own, and each section links to the page with the full detail.

General use

How do I create an account?

Use the registration form on the homepage or the account page. You enter your name, email, phone number and a password, and the account is created immediately. Your personal manager then calls within 24 hours to continue the setup.

What do I need before I can start?

You need to be eighteen or over, a UK resident with a stable internet connection, and have a government identity document and a recent proof of address for verification. No trading experience or special software is needed. Everything else is arranged with your manager.

Do I need trading experience to use the platform?

No. The platform was built for people who have never traded. Strategies come with plain-language descriptions, your manager sets everything up with you on a call, and the weekly report explains what happened without jargon.

Can I use the platform on my phone or tablet?

Yes. The site and dashboard work in any modern mobile browser, and alerts arrive by email so you do not need to keep a page open. Many users manage their whole account from a phone, checking in a few minutes a day.

Fees and results

What does it cost to use the platform?

There is no monthly platform fee and no charge for opening or maintaining an account. The main cost is the trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, plus any spread applied by the market. Deposits and withdrawals by every supported method are free of platform charges.

Where can I see the fees that apply to me?

The full schedule is on the fees and pricing page, and the specific cost of any action is always shown on the confirmation screen before you accept it. Your weekly report also lists the commissions actually charged in that period.

Are profits certain?

No, and any service that suggests otherwise should be treated with suspicion. Markets move unpredictably, every strategy has losing periods, and your capital is at risk. The honest description of every risk category is on the risk disclosure page.

How are the plan tiers different?

Basic starts from £200 and covers everything a new user needs. Advanced, from £1,200, adds priority support and more analytical depth, and Premium, from £4,000, adds individual service for larger volumes. The engine and the manager relationship are the same on every tier.

Platform features and everyday use

Which parts run automatically?

Market monitoring, signal generation and order execution run continuously once a strategy is enabled, including overnight and at weekends for digital assets. You approve the strategy and its risk settings; the engine then follows those rules without needing you online.

Can I choose what the analysis covers?

Yes. You select the markets and instruments your account follows, the conditions that trigger action, and which alerts you want by email. Your manager recommends a starting setup, and everything can be adjusted later as you learn what suits you.

What analysis does the engine actually do?

It continuously measures price movement, trading volume, volatility and trend behaviour across the instruments you follow, and compares current conditions against historical patterns. The plain purpose is noticing things early, at every hour, which is a job machines are good at and humans are not.

Will I be notified when something happens?

You choose the events that trigger alerts: positions opening or closing, unusual market conditions, connection issues or security events. Alerts arrive by email, and weekly summaries arrive regardless so you always have the fuller picture.

Risks

Can I lose money on this platform?

Yes. All trading involves risk, including the loss of everything you deposit. Automated tools reduce the work of trading, not the risk of it. The risk disclosure page explains all ten categories in detail and is worth reading before you deposit.

What happens in very volatile markets?

Strategies carry stop conditions that pause trading when markets become excessively unstable. This reduces reckless behaviour in wild conditions, but it cannot prevent losses from sharp moves that happen while positions are open, which is why position sizing matters.

Can the risks be reduced to zero?

No, and no honest provider would claim otherwise. Risks can be managed through diversification, sizing and stop conditions, and the platform gives you the tools to do all three with your manager. Zero risk does not exist in markets.

Security and your account

How is my account protected?

Passwords are required, two-factor authentication is enabled with your manager on day one, sign-ins from new devices trigger email alerts, and every session can be reviewed and revoked by you at any time. Exchange keys are created without withdrawal rights, so funds cannot be moved off an exchange by the platform.

Who has access to my funds?

Your deposits sit with regulated institutions, and withdrawals go only to methods you deposited from, in your own name. Neither the platform's trading keys nor any staff member can move assets off an exchange independently.

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Use the password reset on the sign-in page first. If that fails, or you lost your second-factor device, contact support, who will verify your identity through documents and your security phrase before restoring access, usually within one working day.

Help and support

What if the platform does something I do not understand?

Ask. Your personal manager is the first stop and already knows your setup, and support answers general questions within one working hour during support hours. A weekly summary that confuses you is a bug in our reporting, and we want to hear about it.

My settings look wrong. Can someone check them with me?

Yes, that is precisely your manager's job. Book a call, share your screen, and walk through each setting together. Changes are made live on the call so you can see the effect immediately, and every change is recorded in your audit history.

How do I make a complaint?

Write to [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line, or tell any member of staff, who must register it the same day. The complaints procedure page sets out the timelines, your right to a senior review and the external route through the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Where do I get help with a withdrawal?

The withdrawal screen shows the live status of every request, and support answers specific questions within one business hour on weekdays. The full conditions, limits and timelines are on the deposit and withdrawal methods and withdrawal policy pages.

Documents and verification

What documents will I be asked for?

A passport, driving licence or national identity card for your identity, and a bank statement, utility bill or council tax letter under three months old for your address. Occasionally a short selfie or liveness check confirms you are the live holder of the document.

How long does verification take?

Straightforward files complete automatically, usually within one working day and often within hours. Manual reviews, for example where a document is ambiguous, typically finish within three working days of everything being received. The status is always visible in the platform.

Why was my verification paused?

The usual reasons are an expired or unreadable document, details that differ between documents, or a missing reply to a request for supplementary information. The message you receive names the reason and what to send; corrected documents are reviewed on the same queue.

Next steps and further reading

Where should a complete beginner start?

Read the getting started guide for the four-step setup, then the crypto basics page for the vocabulary, and skim the risk disclosure before depositing. Your first call with your manager will cover any question the guides leave open.

Can I see how the numbers are calculated?

The homepage calculator shows an illustrative projection from an amount and a period you choose, with the assumptions stated beside it. The figures are examples, not forecasts, and your manager will talk through realistic expectations for your situation.

Who do I contact about partnerships or press?

Write to [email protected] and mark the subject "Partnership" or "Press" so it reaches the right desk directly. Include who you are and what you have in mind, and you will receive a reply within two business days.

Still stuck?

If your question is not here, it is probably on one of the full pages: getting started, crypto basics, fees and pricing, security and risk disclosure. Failing that, the contact page lists every channel, and the registration form on the homepage is the fastest way to reach a person who can answer in the context of your own account.
