Do your best work where markets meet people

We look for talented specialists to join a team that mixes quant research, engineering and old-fashioned client care. If you want to be part of a technology company in the trading space, leave your contact details below and a member of our people team will be in touch about the role that interests you.

We hire for judgement and curiosity, not just CV keywords. Half of our current managers started in completely different industries, from teaching to logistics, and that breadth is exactly why our support is different.

Why people stay here

Four things our team names most often when asked what keeps them.

Remote-first, London-anchored

Work from anywhere in the UK, with a desk at our City office whenever you want one. Team days in London roughly once a month keep the fabric of the company real.

Constant growth

A training budget for every employee, internal moves between teams encouraged twice a year, and a library of paid courses from day one.

Sane working hours

Markets run all night; people should not. Shift patterns in support are rostered fairly and overtime is paid or given back as leave.

Real responsibility early

Small teams, short chains of command. New joiners typically own a meaningful workstream within their first quarter.

Open vacancies

All roles are full time with paid annual leave. Unless a role says otherwise, positions are remote within the UK or based at our London office at 25 Old Broad Street, your choice.

Client Success Manager

London office or remote (UK) · Full time · From £32,000 plus performance bonus

Guide new users from their first call to confident everyday use of the platform. You will run onboarding calls, explain strategy settings in plain English and be the friendly voice of Luminvestry. Experience in banking support or telesales helps, but the ability to listen matters more.

Platform Engineer

Remote (UK) · Full time · From £55,000
